I have been living at Waterford Place for about 3 years and it is absolutely wonderful! The pools are beautiful and the business centers are really useful. I feel really safe at night with the gates, and it is somewhere that I don't mind bringing people over. They have just completed a new project called the reserve and it is sooo nice! If you have to rent, Waterford or the Reserve at Waterford Place is the place to be!

There is no way that this is the same Waterford Place apartments in Arilington Heights because there are no gates or business centers. Plus no one ever gives it a 5 star rating ....

Actually, I have lived here for about five years now and although there are no gates, I too, feel good about bring my family and friends here. The management has changed several times, but so have the owners. Capreit is the current owners and you know what, kudos to them. They have done a fantastic job on the brand new club house. It may have taken six months, but free wi-fi in the club house makes me happy! The fitness center is now something to be proud of.
