I know I have posted numerous complaints on this site. I not only speak for me but for other tenants who are scared to speak up or don??t know this website exists. Here is another problem we are having. Our pilot light on our water heater keeps going out. This has been an issue for 5 months now. Well every time maintenance comes out, they fix something; it will work for a week and then go back out. Well this past Saturday it went out and the maintenance guy came out. He looked at the hot water heater and said he didn't like how the flame looked. So he disconnected it. He took a piece out and cleaned it. It has been working fine since. The maintenance member said this is a temp fix until the pan gets replaced. When I told the maintenance manger the deal and he knows the history, he flat out said you have to deal with it going out. He claims the wind keeps blowing the flame out and the siding-chimney guys said it was a poor design. Why then didn??t we have problems for the first 6 months of our lease' Are you telling me it was not windy then' He also said he didn??t think it went out as many times as I have claimed it has. Yeah with 2 kids I have time to lie about this. Every time it goes out we call maintenance. So now we have to ignite the pilot light our self and deal with it. If it won??t light, according to the maintenance manager, there isn't anything they will do. What is this''

Also after all of these problems, the rent will increase to $1117 for our 2 bedroom' That is a rent increase of $80 dollars!!
