*First and foremost the management here sucks. Yes you will read that everywhere but this place really does. The turnover is so high you never know from one month to the next who you will deal with. The latest employee, Dawn, has a nasty attitude and stands outside the office all day smoking. Very unprofessional and rude.
*The location is bad as it is at least 15 minutes from any restaurant or store. Very few places deliver here because of the remote location. There is a pond that is filthy and usually ends up becoming a dump for garbage. The complex also faces a vacant lot which is another dumping ground. Has been for years.
*Look around: this place has the smallest floor plan yet the highest price. And there are plenty of other places to look at with the same amenities, heck one two blocks down the road that offers bigger units at the same price as the small ones here.
*Kids and dogs run amok. Ridiculous, you call management to complain and they don't do anything about it. Oh except for sending out the same cheesy warning every few months that never gets enforced. Dumpsters still overflow, dogs still poop all over, and punky kids still run around unsupervised stealing parts off cars.
*Parking used to be ample now they have a rent a cop sneaking around at night. If you don't have the car parked in the right spot with the right colored tag for that spot your car will be gone in the morning.
