I have lived here for awhile and with the take over of AMLI (from the former management company), things have taken a turn for the worse. Most recently, the sidewalks (only 3 years old) are already falling apart. This winter, the snow was almost never plowed so you couldn't get out of your parking spot. The snow that was plowed (when it finally was) was pushed up on to all of the sidewalks, so you couldn't even get to your car if you wanted to. One of the maintenance guys parks his motorcycle on the sidewalk by the clubhouse (when it is warm) and smokes like a chimney right outside the clubhouse too. How unprofessional. Further more, the property manager is a greedy little wench who will snap at you no matter how nicely you talk to her. Once again, how unprofessional. Maybe she should take some etiquette or professionalism classes. To go on, walls are paper thin if your neighbor is blasting their music (basically, very inconsiderate bastards). Dog ---- is constantly on the lawn and sometimes on the sidewalks. Trash bins are constantly overflowing, at least two times or more EVERY week. In the summer, people are in the pool at ALL hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper and live anywhere near the pool, you are screwed. None of the rules are enforced on the property unless it is convenient to management and in their favor. In the fitness room, it takes forever for a machine to be repaired, there are almost never any paper towels or spray sanitizer for the machines. Yuck!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!

I really wish I would have read this prior to moving here. Now I'm dealing with all the same problems. SO yes, RUN RUN QUICKLY... they'll smile and kiss your ass to get your here, but have a problem, it's who are you, what apartment?? and you never hear back from them.
