If you are trying to save for a house and want a nice place to live in the mean time, this is the place. The manager Juliet has been wonderful even after I signed the lease. Doug is very nice and fast to fix any problems. I would definitely say this is a nice place for professionals with families to live.

That's funny what you say about Doug. He no longer works at AMLI because he was such a poor worker. Your unit must have been the exception when it comes to repairs. Doug is never on time, never takes care of things in a timely manner, has zero customer service and communication, gives you the run around, talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk and therefore, those are ALL the reasons why he no longer works there and why one of the previous maintenance managers had to come in and take over while finding a replacement for Doug.

Interesting that this is anonymous...and yes Doug doesn't work at AMLI. I would never recommend this place to a professional, if you need sleep at night and don't want to have to worry about noise from pets, deliquent children or late night partying you would not be happy here.

We just signed our lease for another year so we are still pleased despite what these people say. We are still very happy. The staff are great. We do have a garage apartment so parking is not an issue for us. Most of our neighbors are friendly and we know on a first name basis. I feel quite comfortable here. There are issues with snow removal and my child slipped 2 times and I tend to have to shovel my driveway after they do because it is not clean enough. My neighbor above me can be somewhat loud but it is during daytime hours and people do have to live. I only answer anonymously because people are quite unkind on this board and I do not want to be stalked for being positive.
