For those that are familiar with AMLI, this complex was not built as an AMLI. There are no private balconies nor storage units on the balconies. The office can take 24 to 48 hours to return your call (even during business hours). To get anything done, you have to contact the regional manager. Sad for the price you're paying. The only reason we're staying until next year is because we hate the physical part of moving as well as the expense and time it takes to look elsewhere. We are saving to buy something in the city next year. Paying nearly $1400.00 per month and an additional $115.00 for a 1 car garage on top of that . . . a renter should be getting A LOT more, especially for this area. The on site management is horrible and can be rude at times. For the price of these apartments, I was also surprised the alarm system wasn't included in the monthly rent. The sidewalks are never properly shoveled in the winter, and I have slipped on the ice quite a few times. 99% of the people here never stop at the stop signs. I've almost been hit twice in the past week. The one blowing the stop sign is usually the one that thinks their in the right. I've learned to just assume they aren't going to stop. Zero privacy, the parking is a nightmare unless you get home before 4 p.m., and the condition of the apartments themselves leaves a lot to be desired. Very cheaply built considering the price. They talk a big game to a potential renter, but then deliver none of their promises later. I would advise looking elsewhere.
