This place is terrible

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I am moving out of here soon. And it is not soon enough. Many apartments have become available over the last three months... all of the new tenants are trash. I watch every month as they receive their over due notices... they cannot afford the already lowered rent. Plus their nightly 12:30 AM visits to the parked cars that have started coming in throughout the community. This place is quickly becoming the crime zone. I have to lock everything up in fear. I am moving out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!
