Sewage Problems with my apartment

Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 2004
The plumbing lines are eaking in my apartment and in order to fix them, it will take 3 weeks. I have to move out for three weeks so the apartment complex can repair the apartment. And that is not just me... that is a whole building. All due to poor construction.
And the kicker... it is our responsibility to pay four the hotel/residence when they repair the building. Pay rent and pay for a hotel. What a scam. Sounds like somone is taking funds. I hate this place!!!!!!
