Can I join the band

There are 8 college guys playing in a band above me. They play lound heavy metal from 3AM to 9 AM... after they party and throw beer bottles and shoot fireworks from their balcony. Since the management does nothing, and has been spotted going to their parties... can I join the band' Or maybe a free month or two would be nice.
