I've lived here since 2004. And I figured I would come back and leave a update.
I have always loved my apt for the price. I have the 2bdr 2 bath loft. And that is why I endured the hell of the previous mgmt. And all their croonies, exa... Fran, Scott, The skinny perveted guy that is always at the pool, (looks like he's on meth.)
But a blessing has came. And even though I know they cant be perfect. Bygolly they sure are professional! And as a renter that is all that I look for. So if you do choose to come and take a look at these wonderfully spacious apts. Let me tell you, professional would be the word that should enter your mind. It has been so long and overdue, since I actually felt comfortable. I was NEVER called by my first name. Jose and Scott would call me baby,sweetheart,beautiful. Scott actually came across as a leader of a gang. If he didnt like you, or you got on his bad side. lookout! (HELLO have you ever seen those reality crime shows'') Therefor I never called maintence. So I did everything myself. Now I feel safe again. Thank you RMK. We have been in much distress for quite awhile. The price did go up. But my comfort level has as well.

We have been here a long time also and we see no improvement with the staff, we always got our inside maintenance done asap with Jose and Scott. This new owner only cares about the outside apperance, which looks worse than ever, they planted weeds which the grass looked much better, they are putting copper on the clubhouse which this money could have been used on the apartments where many improvements are needed, the doors are fallings apart, the ceilings leak, and they only care about outside, they took the fence down and that created more noise level, they change the flags constantly, this is where all our money goes, not on our apartments, and they have the nerve to keep raising the rents. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they could offer me a thousand and i still would tell people to stay away from here.
