The leasing agents here at the gables are absolutley without a doubt the rudest people i have ever met. The old bag of a leasing agent always seems to be bothered by any questions. and god forbid she actually has to work and show an apartment! She huffs and puffs when you come down to the office to pick up a package. I think i would fall over dead if any one of the leasing agents smiled or said thank you and have a nice day when i was leaving.

Anyone who says otherwise.... does not live at the gables or are the leasing agents themselves leaving reviews. How sad is that. The only way that the gables can get a good review is if they do it themselves. The leasing agents are very rude.... the head agent has her nose so far up in the air she has no idea whats going on around here.

Secondly they do not follow through on any of their threats. they have sent numerous letters out saying for residents to stop throwing their cigarette butts on the ground from the balcony and to pick up after the dogs. The letters even state that they will kick people out or fine them. However they really do nothing. Trash... like cig butts are all over and certain people refuse to pick up after their dog. yet nothing is done... ever. i am sick and tired of this place. i think the only reason people stay is that they are stuck here because of a lease. it is way to expensive to buy out of the lease because of all the little clauses they throw in. i think that is because they know that once people move in and really see how the place is they will want to move.... but they prevent that by making you pay back all the concessions.

My opinion is that this places is awful and i do not recommend it to anyone

I definetly agree with this resident. Carole and her office of misfits has to be the most rude and un-professional people on earth. They continually have bugs up their "you know whats" on a daily basis. Not only are the frauding the US Government by claiming to be an "Assisted Living Apartment Complex", they are also frauding their tenants!! They need to be reported!! I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone, not even my worst enemies. Renters STAY AWAY!!!
