Has anyone ever reported these guys' It sounds like you need to. If they refuse to maintain your living space, call the local code enforcement. Landlords LOVE it when you report them! Fight it, just don't complain about it and move away. Nothing will change if you don't. Take photos before you move in and after you leave. Take photos whenever something is in desperate need of repair. If you report them to code enforcement, they will be forced to repair the issues or they will be fined. Posting on here is a good start, but don't stop with this.
