I've been here for almost a year. Since I've been here there have been 3 different managers - each one as stupid and useless as the one before them.

When I looked at these apartments I was shown a beautiful example apartment, when i moved in the apartment they assigned me to (I say assigned because I was not given a choice) was dirty, filthy and full of dead bugs. The heater wasn't working properly, the oven door was damaged, the sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain and the carpet was dirty.

So, I called the manager (the first one that was here) and complained. She gave me the run-a-round about how busy her maintenance people were, apologized up down and sideways, promised to get the stuff fixed, etc. Well 2 months later when the sink was still not draining I called back to look for the manager. This manager (the second one) told me that it wasn't her fault, she just got there, the maintenance was busy, etc, someone would fix it right away.

OK, it's now 9 months later, my dishwasher isn't working, the heat is still not working right and my sink is still not draining, I call - third manager (are you kidding me here''') apologizes, not the company policy, didn't know about my issues, be right there to fix it...

OK, 10 months later, still not fixed and I get a letter from the office asking If I want to renew my lease with an almost $100 increase.

They are nuts! Stay away from here.

What's worse, I have a friend who lives at another RMK property and they have no problems. This place is bad!
