First, maintenance is just terrible. I called to have a leak fixed and it took them a whole month to come and fix it. The dumpsters neer get emptied and the trash just overflows. When you ask the maintenance men about anything they say they are too busy. There is gang graphiti everywhere, and no one cares.
The office people are ridiculous. They don't care about you at all once you move in. I saw that someone else put this on here and it's very true. They ignore you and are rude. I am wondering where they hire these people' Is a high school diploma (at least) required' The apartment I am in is now going for a least $200.00 less than I am paying and when I ask about it the people in the office can't even make an intelligent argument, and you can never talk to the manager because he's allegedly never in when in reality he's there, just hiding.
We've had our car spray painted, there is dog feces everywhere, It's noisy, it's dirty and no one cares.
It really is too bad, because this could be a nice place, but they need better management.

No "paying" customer should have to deal with these types of inadequacies. Many apartment landlords quickly forget the fact that renters/tenants pay their salaries. Read through your by-laws and rental contract. If management is not fulfilling its duties, file a complaint with the State Attorney and break your lease - penalty-free.

They have changed management and the service here is amazing now. and you should have called them after they have not come to fix it. it is NOT noise at all, i dont even know i have neighbors, it is NOT dirty, it's very clean. Dont know what you're talking about
