Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001

The management was rude and the "deposit" policy is misleading. I was told when I moved in that there is a $150 deposit plus a $150 "re-decorating fee". When I moved out, I expected $150 back after I cleaned the entire place, but a small spot the size of a nickle on the carpet was their reason for not giving back $150....plus they had the nerve to bill me an additional $98 for "carpet repair". After arguing with local management and the Amli corporate office, I finally gave up. This is how they make their money-by ripping off residents.
I recommend Hunters Glen down the street.
