The windows are super thin so forget about efficient heating. The noise level is really good though we barely know we have neighbors. Parking can be bad depending on the building you live in. Forget about the fireplaces, they have three cheesy fake like flames, not worth the gas. The service is really good though.
However it really stinks when you want to go for a real swim in the "lap" pool and can't because a bunch of unsupervised kids are in the pool horsing around.
They were much better in the summer at replacing the mutt mits. They have not been refilled now in several weeks. I have to go grocery shopping just so we have bags to pick up the poo.
If you are going to rent here deal with Cynthia, she is the best one in the office!!! The maintenance staff are very helpful.
