I?ve lived here 2.5 years and the service has gone down hill. Parking is not enforced and always a problem with neighbors,more vehicles than allowed. I had my vehicle broken into and try to park in front of my apt and in the same spot for months. Two new neighbors moved in and started playing musical parking spots with me even tho the whole lot was empty they always took the one I parked in, if they beat me home. Maintenance standards has dropped significantly. I had the fridge repaired,took two calls to get it completed and left food out while I was at work. I have a pet and they moved people in my apt complexe who were told they were in a pet free building. As a result every move the pet makes outside they look for an excuse to complain. The old staff,mgrs. rewarded you for renewing your lease by offering to clean carpets,paint, free months rent. Now they could care less if you stay,nothing offered. The water bill has more than doubled because you pay Amli now instead of the city.
This is a beautiful complex but it?s becoming more obvious this is not to be a place you can consider home.
