Six Month Nightmare(Lost File, Incorrect Billing, Water Bill Inaccurate)

Loss of Financial documents and Files
Prior to occupying the property the Amli at Oakhurst North staff misplaced my personal information which to date has not been returned or found. The documents containing my Social Security Number, Credit Information, Drivers License Copy, and other personal documents are still outstanding. This leaves me open to the potential risk for identity theft.
Attempt to change rental price as stated in the lease agreement
As discussed during our first week of residency your leasing agent attempted to modify our lease agreement without my consent. Under false pretenses stating we missed a page in the leasing agreement, as discussed previously with the manager of Amli at Oakhurst North and the leasing agent. If requested I have both copies of the missed page from your leasing agent and the original contract we signed.
Numerous unsubstantiated late fee notices due to poor record keeping
Due to Amli at Oakhurst North's failure to keep accurate records with regards to their Accounts Receivables, adjustments have been required to their records to adjust incorrect late payment notices. Please check your records almost every month after the rent payments were paid a late payment notice was placed upon my residence, which was both embarrassing for myself and roommate and caused much distress for our household.
Water Bill Validation
As you know we have not occupied the residence since November 2nd 2003. Since this date we have received water bills which have increased in comparrison to prior months. Amli at Oakhurst North has not provided a complete breakdown for the water consumption nor could they explain the increase. Due to their inability to explain the water bill Amli had waived the payment and future payments completely. This leaves the outstanding issue of the validity for other residents at the Amli at Oakhurst North.
