I was very suprised to see all the complaints about Oakhurst North. Granted I've only lived here for about six months, but I haven't seen any of the problem noted by the previous two posters. All of my neighbors are very nice and decent. My neighbors will actually talk to you when you see them here. In the last place I lived you were lucky if they could even be bothered to say hello to you!

The apartments are very nice and well maintained. I've got the larger one bedroom (the Llewellyn). I feel more like I'm living in a condo than an apartment. Very reasonably priced for the area as well.Maintenance has always taken care of me when I've had a problem. I've not had any problems with the folks in the office either.


So for the only bad thing I can say about the place is that it can be a little bit noisy. I'm in the corner of the property near the intersection of Libery and Eola, and can definatey hear the traffic. Also hear the occasional train horn from the nearby EJ&E. Doesn't really bother me. But if you're very sensitive to noise you probably would want to be towards the back of the property.
