I do not have to write too much. It looks like all of these other postings have summed up the same complaints I have.

1. Poor management/office staff
2. Poor maintenance staff
3. Poor parking enforcement
4. Section 8 housing must be 50% of complex now.
5. Horrible bookkeeping, billing, leasing...

Don't waste your time & money..
