lived here 2 years and have never seen a place go down hill so fast.
the service from both maintenance and office staff has always been poor, but somehow has gotten even worse. it is rare they ever complete the most simple task correctly.
would have to agree about the demographics of the community as well. it is probably safe to say 50-75% are black. it definitely does not seem to feel like the safest community around. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

What does race have to do with anything, me and my friends are minorities...and last year my 1040 reflected 205,000. and I do live here I will gladly give my telephone number to discuss it further!

You are really in the miniority if you earned that much money and are black. How you earned that money I guess is another question? I guess salary also isn't a good indicator on how you raise your kids as they are probably part of the gangs in the playground or the ones who just play in the street.

I really can't believe that people are so ignorant! How can you seriously blame a community so openly for problems because you think that it is 50-75% black? And to stereotype that their kids are in gangs?!! It is a shame that you are not only racist but so openly racist and obnoxious. I am a young white woman, and YOU would be the reason I would not want to live in the complex, not the demographic! How sad...
