it is amazing how a place that looks so nice from the road can be so deceiving. i moved in over 6 months ago and i am not sure i have week 4 weeks without having to call for maintenance (sometimes multiple times for the same issue) or fight with the idiots in the office. all i can suggest is this:
If you don't live here yet, keep on looking somewhere else...
If you live here now, get out when you get the chance.
I have lived all over the US for my job and this is by far the worst community i have lived...in all of North America!!
