Nice, good management, loud KIDS

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
It would be perfect except for three things: LOUD kids that live there, the grounds people and neightbors don't pick up litter so in the spring there is a lot of trash on the grounds, and people with pets don't always pick up after them on sidewalks and in the grass--never a pleasant surprise.
