2 years ago I recieved a $50.00 off of my rent just for deciding to move in because I thought the view was bad. I look at 2 big trailers.
now Three years later with only a 2 months notice they are telling me they are losing money on me (my unit) and that they are raising my rent $100.00 more a month. like most people I live on a budget and this is really gonna put me out.
All they said to me was sorry and we really could get 1,300 a month if I moved out. nice, I have only been late to pay my rent one time I only paid it late 2 days I was out of town. nice way to treat someone!!
