Nice at first, Now... Not so much.

This place was nice when I first moved in. Everyone was very pleasant then. Things seem to have gone downhill as the rents go up and up and up and up.
The office staff changed a lot since I moved in. They used to be really competant, not they lose things and are rude.
The manager has two personalities. Some days really nice, other days she is off the wall.
The walls are very thin. The paint is a great color, but almost impossible to keep clean. I rubbed the zipper of my jacket on it the other day as I was carrying it in and it marked up the wall. In the kitchen, any kind of splatter stains it.
This winter was bad for snow, and at times the snow piles were so high that it was dangerous to drive around corners.
It almost seems like they just don't care anymore....
