I've lived at Butterfield Oaks for almost a year and I love it. Besides the people who live above us who probably exceed the weight limit, we only hear the mowers once a week. The staff is wonderful, the apartments are beautiful, parking is actually better than most places I've ever lived although a few more spaces wouldn't hurt. I also love that we live in a dog building so my dog can play with the neighbors. My only suggestion to Butterfield Oaks, a dog park! A fenced in area to let non-bully breed dogs run leash free with their owners. And yes, these apartments are the best I've lived in in 3 different states! Also in response to another review that was left, in January when we moved in there was dog poop EVERYWHERE, but within 2-3 weeks after we moved here, I havn't ever seen a pile of poop again, we pick up after our pets and I know our neighbors do too, everyone seems to take care of their own business which is nice when its dark!
