They are a bit on the expensive end but I've noticed with complexes you get what you pay for as far as neighborhood/area go and it is an extremely nice area/neighborhood. If anything, the only problems I've heard (I live here as well as my sister and a friend of mine) are nit picky neighbors filing complaints about noise but not knowing which unit is the culprit. There's more than one - we all live in different units and have families. I still would highly recommend this complex, especially if you have a family and are looking for a good area. Unfortunately our rent is going up beyond what we can afford so we are moving.

Anyone who thinks they can use a subwoofer while living in an apartment is not living on planet Earth. I have a nice stereo system and would love to crank my music, but I don't out of respect to my neighbors.
