I understand that everybody has different experiences with apartment living but I must say that my experience with Butterfield Oaks differs greatly from the negative comments I'm seeing. I have been residing here over 3 years and still LOVE it. The office, management and maintenance team have been nothing short of extremely helpful and accomodating whether it was a service I deserved or something extra.
My neighbors and the other residents have been great.
I highly recommend Butterfield Oaks. 5 STARS
