I have lived at Butterfield Oaks since it's opening.
It is a wonderful place to live, the staff are extremely pleasant
and helpful. Every resident need is attended to in a timely manner.
I appreciate the 24 hour emergency availability of the maintenance
crew and have had two occasions requiring emergency maintenance staff
after hours, and they were prompt in their attendance to the emergency.

In my first year of occupancy, I had a very noisy resident on the second
floor. I discussed the problem with the Manager and staff and this issue
was resolved within a legal timely basis.

I appreciate the beauty of the property, it is well maintained during
all seasons. I appreciate the various functions that the staff provides
for us, such as wine tasting, bingo, pool parties etc. I will continue
to live here indefinitely and have recently renewed my lease.

When I meet new tenants I assure them they will be happy living here and
have made the right decision to be a resident at Butterfield Oaks.
