I have lived at the Covey for two years and, thankfully, will be leaving soon. When we moved in, it was actually a decent community. However, allof that changed about 3 months later when teh company changed management. That was when the place went straight to the dumps. There are people in the parking lots bumping music , fights all the time, the police are regularly here for one disturbance or another. I know one woman's car was stolen not too long ago. There have been break-ins. My car was broken into about a month ago. I have sighted at least two attempted break ins ( thugs were scared off and police were called) in the last 6 months and there has been suspicion of drug activity in several of the homes as well. The rent is rediculous for what you get. Also, maintence is a huge pai. The workers themselves are actually very nice ( as opposed to the office staff) however there are only 2 and they are severely overworked. The apartments are old and the equipment is as well. Maintence has visited me numerous times for the leaky water heater and the broken dishwasher and the consintenly broken air conditioner. My advice- stay away and look for somewhere else to live.

Thanks for the info. I have kids so safety is a big issue for me. I will not be checking these apartments out.

I have a young child, and have never had an issue with safety or anything else.. I've lived here 2 years now and I'm very happy. Maintenance always comes when needed and are super friendly. No problems and got a great rate resigning - would recommend!
