I lived at fox point for three months and had to break my lease. The place is horrible. Air conditioner went down twice when it was 90 degrees. Hot water heater went down 5 TIMES!!! Dryer wouldn't work right and finally broke. All outlets in one bathroom never worked. Water spots on ceiling that eventually started leaking and "maintenance crew" drill holes in it to drain water and left us with a horrible looking stain right in the living room. The place is a disaster. DONT DO IT!!!
