Trailer-Tash Slowly takes over...

I agree with the gentleman's comments in the previous review (coppied below). My experience was good begining in 2000 when I moved in. Since the new management (Laramar) took over the property, you can never get through to the manager (Penny) and if you leave a message, she takes up to 3 days to call you back. That's not what I expect when I'm paying over $1000 a month in rent. Since rent is too expensive for the average trailer-trash to afford, they just move in together and split to rent 4 ways, creating a noise problem for all of the neighbors (stereos blaring, shouting). The police don't do anything about it - just a slap on the wrist, and then the problem continues. Hallways smell like old cooking odors and cigarette smoke and in the past 6 months, we have had 2 fire sprinklers accidentally go off in our building, causing massive flooding and management has still refused to fix the faulty sprinkler heads like the aurora fire department has reccommended. Stay away from this place!

Opinion: This place continues to go downhill at a fast pace........
From: -Anonymous- Date: 2/12/2003

I have been here 5 years and was relatively happy in the beginning. The new management has spent millions in only "facelifting" the place. I moved in for numerous reasons years ago but those reasons are now gone. The new management has seemed to have removed the financial requirements for the type of people allowed in here. They have removed the requirements for the size of pets allowed in here. The office staff is absolutely rude and does not communicate anything in a timely fashion, if at all. You can?t get to the Leasing Manager, Penny, any longer; I think that is because she is tired of the complaints. The waste management company doesn?t come until the cans are so overflowing with garbage that it is spilling out into the parking lot. If the previous message is correct about now having to pay for water and garbage removal, this place will not see a long time resident stay here. I feel like I am living with trailer trash people now. It is very sad.
