Great place to live if there aren't too many kids in your building

It's a great place to live if you're lucky enough to get one of the front buildings. They tend to put all the trashier families with too many out of control kids in the back of the complex so poor unknowing people who get stuck back there have to put up with the noise, unsurpervised kids running in the streets and their messes. If you have to deal with the rental staff ask for Penny the manager, she is sincerely nice and cares about people. Cari Bean is extremely rude and very 2 faced. If your rent is rate she's your worst enemy and and will do everything in her power to make your life hell and if it's paid on time she's your best friend and just name it and she'll do it for you. The maintence staff in great, Clint makes sure it's done fast and right the first time and will always go that extra mile to help out. Grounds are well kept. Pool area is impossible to get to, there are always too many unsupervised kids around. In warmer times our apartment is full of silverphish due to the rotting siding they're supposed to be changing for a while now and haven't gotten around to. Apartment buildings closer to the entrance of the building are always maintained better and kept cleaner for show, so you're not as lucky if you're stuck in the back. If you get stuck with alot of kids in your building invest in a garage. My car got keyed twice parked in the first space right in front of my complex door. Although, the garages are invaded by spiders during warmer whether. Over all I would recommend it because of the cheap rent, spacious apartments if you pay extra for vaulted ceiling and the fireplace. Very speedy when it comes to service calls.
