Nice enough place for your money but the hall carpet makes you ill.

New management has done one of the worst redecorating jobs that I?ve ever seen. Whoever chose the carpet for the hall should be shot (or made to live with it in their front room for the rest of their life.)
Appliances are old. So that is a minus. They are also making you pay for water and garbage now plus raising the rent $30.00 a month.
The Office Staff is reasonably friendly unless challenged. The maintenance staff is okay however Clint seems to be the best out of the group in regards to getting things done quick and efficiently. Whoever does the landscaping does a wonderful job.
