I think there should be a seperate building for people who have pets. Some places have them. I'm not against having animals but, people need to take care of thier pets. The neighbors on the second floor has 2 dogs that keeps our building smelling like a kenel! I can see 1 dog but 2'' come on! In these rinky dink apartments. The hallways carpets are filthy and smells like pist! 2 wks ago I was coming down the stairs to find that one of the dogs had pooped! I have complained to management and they said they were going to do a carpet treatment. I have yet to see it. Maybe they decided not to do it because it's snowing and all. I can understand but, at least keep air fresherners in the hallways weekly! But, I guess if you don't have to live in it then it's not a priority.
