Apartments Due for Some Major Changes

Apartments have gone down. Neighbors change so frequently that nobody knows anybody. The buildings are falling apart and upgrades are only made to apartments that are empty so only new tenants benefit from the upgrades.

Children are not really the problem other than the management team acts as though they do not want families to live in the community. If that is the stance that they want to take, they should take it or try to put the people without families on the higher floors so that they are not bothered by the children. It would even be a good idea to have an area developed for the children so that they do not disturb the single people who do not like children.

The people with pets do not clean up behind their pets so you have to be really careful when walking around the apartment complex. They also do not always follow the leash laws so I do not advise parents with little children to allow them to play outside without someone to constantly watch them and keep them away from any dogs that may be out.

The complex does have a tennis court, swimming pool, in-door exercise, courts and steam rooms and that is a major plus, but they are kind of small and only open during regular hours as opposed to when I first moved here and you could go 24-7.

The location is great! You are close to everything! However, being close to everything will not matter if you end up being afraid to move around in your own "home" because people complain of the noise, or can not find a park because other people's visitors are all parked in the spaces close to the buildings so you have to park around the corner and walk in dim to no lighting to get to your apartment.

Management can be very difficult to interact with because they are not always forthcoming with information and will tell two different residents two different things. Bottom line: You can not beat the location if you do not plan to spend a lot of time at away from home. Otherwise, we SURE that you can not find a better deal before signing a long-term lease.
