I've lived here for about 6 months, and no complaints yet. My building is in the middle of the complex, and in the whole 6 months I've only had to walk farther than 30 feet for a parking space 2 or 3 times. The office staff has always been friendly to me, but I also try to be friendly to them and I pay my rent on time...who knows if that affects things. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of to a satisfactory level. If there's a tiny dent in my window but it works fine, I don't expect them to rip out the whole window...it is a business, after all. The facilities are nice...sometimes the indoor hot tub gets a bit cold and they could change the water in it more frequently, but my apartment was very clean when I got it and I have had no bug problems. I live on the second floor. Noise is rarely an issue, and it's never been so bad as to detract from what I'm doing. The appliances are a bit old, but they do the job and other places I looked which had newer appliances were more expensive. The location is great; I really like that I can go for a run/walk in an actual neighborhood with parks, not just within the complex. I'm actually surprised by all of the negative reviews....I can only speak from my experience, but it's been a decent place!
