Live somewhere else!

I've rented in about 6 different apartments over the past 7 years and have never encountered the problems I have had at Hunter's Glen. We moved out at the end of August 2006. The place was a good price, but it doesn't make up for the issues we had with the office staff. When we moved in Nov. 05, it was owned by Laramar--these people were very nice and helpful. Once it was bought out by the new management company, the customer service went to hell. I'm still having issues with them about something that happened with my deposit. We keep getting the runaround, just because of something that should be so simple and curteous for them to fix. I'm not high maintenance by any means--they are simply rude and don't care. The one lady there actually told us we had an attitude problem, because we were upset about something on our lease. We asked for help and they wouldn't accomodate us in the least! Whatever happened to customer service'!'! If you want a cheap place to live, live here, if you want a nice, pleasant experience--go somewhere else!
Oh and we have a dog, which we always picked up after, however, the other people in the complex throw trash everywhere, so we would constantly have to watch to make sure our dog pick up the garbage in her mouth!
