I have been living in Hunters Glen since October of 05' and just recently signed a 17 month lease. A long lease yes - but it is because I enjoy living here so much - the staff has been very accomodating to me and always answers quickly to any work orders I may put in. When I re-signed my lease they came in and did a complimentary carpet cleanin for me, which I thought was really great. I also love the lay out of my apartment - I even have a fireplace that I love utilizing. For someone living by themselves and just starting out I think this is a GREAT place to live!
