We recently just moved from there, thank god. the neighbors were always so loud and you could hear everything. The appliances sucked they would come out and fix them only for them to break again the next week. There was a drive by shotting there and a prostitution services in the building next to ours. Had to kill bugs all the time silverfish and spiders like crazy. No body is friendly that lives there. so pretty much if you move there cause its cheap its not gonna be worth it, trust me we thought the same thing. Thanks god i don't live there anymore. plus dont expect to get a parking spot by your apartment it rarely will happen.
