We are currently staying here and lease ends soon. They are supposed to be "luxury" apartments, but there's no luxury in sight. They use the word "luxury" to hike their rent that's it, period. They have had all sorts of trouble with their maintenance staff (strikes, layoffs) and this affects the tenants. In conclusion, the apartments are good at "non-luxury" standards, but not worth paying for the extra "luxury" that does not exist.
