Expensive place to live. "Workout room" is pathetic. You have to cough up the money for water, sewer, and garbage pickup. Oh yeah, they charge a $50.00 late fee plus $5.00 for each additional day late. They are also nice enough to post an eviction notice on your door. Real classy. I went on vacation for a week and came back to an $85.00 late fee. The sweethearts won't take a check either. If you are late on a payment you have to get a money order. Talk about an inconvenience. You go on vacation and come back a supposed "check bouncing" felon.
