My complaints are similiar to the others, with one major addition. The apartments are very poorly insulated. This makes for very inefficient heating and exorbitant gas bills.
You can feel and see a significant draft coming from the windows and electrical outlets. I was freezing the entire winter and had nothing but a $150/month gas bill to show for it! This is for a 1 bedroom apartment by the way. Also, the heating system is incredibly loud and intrusive.
