We transferred here from an OUTSTANDING AMLI complex in Atlanta. This complex has AWFUL management, they aren't helpful, frankly they just don't care. They are rude and far from friendly. The first day we moved in, our apartment was flooded from the maintnence man not placing the drain hose back into the wall while cleaning. When it was brought to their attention all we got was "Oh that's weird!". Drain flies and silverfish GALORE...The carpet is stained and worn down, and the maintenece men are unprofessional and are always parking their motorcyles and cars in our spots. Well none of this made sense to me when you compare all of this to our previous AMLI. Then we received a letter saying 'Thank you for choosing 'Legacy of Fox Valley Apartments' (formerly AMLI at Fox Valley)...' Ahhh, well now it makes sense! NEW MANAGEMENT. I knew AMLI couldn't be running this freak show. Needless to say we are OUT OF HERE when our lease is up. I thought that people only went on this site to leave negative feedback...TRUST IT, I was wrong, don't get stuck here!
