Management has no knowledge of anything that goes on on the property. If you have a maintenance issue they'll tell you we don't know about that we will have to have maintenance contact you, good luck with that call back. Now that Michelson manages this place they have come up with the idea that everyone will pay the same amount for water no matter how much you use. This means a single person will pay the same amount as a family of four, what a rip off!!!!!!!!! The leases are totally inflexible, there is absolutely no reason to live here!!!! RUN DO NOT WALK TO THE NEAREST EXIT!!!!!!!!!!!
If these are luxury apartments then section 8 housing would be an upgrade. This place was awful when it was AMLI and is even worse now that it is Legacy.
