I have never had any maintenance issues, that were a problem. The response was quick and no hassle.

The townhome units themselves are unique in design, and I had not found anything remotely as interesting, in regard to floor plan, etc. The amount of closets/storage is above average.

Grounds are well kept, as well as the swimming pool/fitness area. In regard to the comment about safety... have no idea what that person was referring to. I dont deal with the office staff very often, so have no opinion in that regard.

For the money, I would say (and I shopped around a lot!) this was the best deal. I do really like my unit, and would recommend living here to anyone. You simply are not going to find a better deal in Naperville or the east side of Aurora.
