Great Place to live - I just moved out a couple of months ago, and this was hands down the best rental community i have ever lived in. Firstly, prices are reasonable, and they hardly raise the rates yr to yr. Secondly, Jose is the man. Whenever i had a maintanance problem it was usually solved within a hr. Yes within a hr. The tenants are great too. I can honestly say i made life long friends with my ...Full review of The Legacy at Fox Valley

The building floors get cleaned once a week, which is much more than I have heard ...Full review of Chesapeake Landing

Not good, thin walls and floors - I have lived in worse apartments than this, but for the 1K /mo. that I pay for my unit, I expected a lot better. When I came in, the apartment had quite a few problems. Several doors are old and half broken. There are shoddy repair jobs throughout. Fixtures were loose, the pilot on the water heater has been going out daily, and there are several other cosmetic issues. ...Full review of Orchard Village

Ok place to live, but not great - Pros: pet friendly, large apartments, close to shopping, very nice clubhouse and pool, tons of storage space Cons: poor insulation, poor build quality, incompetent maintenance staff, large contingency of inconsiderate neighbors, people treat the parking lot as if it is a highway, cheap appliances, lack of lighting inside (aside from the kitchen which has ...Full review of Alara at Summerfield
