The maintenence is slow and management is awful The repairs are slow and and the property manager is incredibly rude. I have dealt with some fairly rude people in my day, but none were as bad as the staff at Legacy the repair men were not quick to respond and the manager was very unsympatheic

PLEASE DON'T DO IT I lived at fox point for three months and had to break my lease. The place is horrible. Air conditioner went down twice when it was 90 degrees. Hot water heater went down 5 TIMES!!! Dryer wouldn't work right and finally broke. All outlets in one bathroom never worked.
