First of all let me say, it's not a bad price, but reconsider the following:
-Paper thin walls, floors, ceilings. If the upstairs neighbors make any moves, we hear it. If our neighbors next door watch tv, we hear it. If our neighbors 2 FLOORS DOWN play music, we hear and feel it.

Maintenence is less than responsive.

Parking lot security issues.

Less than caring management.

Just being honest.
