I think the place was built in 1976 and it still has the same electrical outlets. The outlets in the bathroom and kitchen are not up to code. They are not the ground fault disrupter outlets that are required by state law in any room that has a source of water within 6 feet of any electrical outlet/switch. I doubt any apartment in the complex has them. The air conditioning blows out warm humid air. It had been that way since we moved in and when I called maintenance the guy came to look and said, "What do you want' It's blowing out air." When I pointed out that the air was the same temp and humidity as outside, he shrugged his shoulders and left. The exit sign is missing and has been for a year. If there ever is a fire with a lot of smoke and confusion, someone may get lost in the hall. The dryer vent is so packed with lint that the air from the dryers backs up into the lobby sometimes and the heat and humidity sets off the fire alarm. The fire alarm has gone off so often that everyone ignores it now. There's beer bottles (some broken) and food garbage laying in the parking lot and near the outer doors for days. People throw rotting garbage in the can in the laundry room instead of walking it outside to the dumpster as they should. The laundry room is often dirty. People leave their lint all over the floor and spill soap and do not clean it up. Neighbors have attempted to come into our apartment 4 times through the front door and 1 time through the window in the living room. When I brought this to management's attention, they said, "Oh well, what are you going to do'" There is mold growing in the walls and or ceiling of at least 2 apartments that I know of. Our neighbors upstairs make loud noise all hours. They pound so hard on their floor that they blow the lightbulbs out in my lights. I am lucky if a lightbulb lasts a whole month.

There are people smoking pot in the back hall of the building.
