DO NOT RECOMMEND! First of all let me say, it's not a bad price, but reconsider the following:
-Paper thin walls, floors, ceilings. If the upstairs neighbors make any moves, we hear it. If our neighbors next door watch tv, we hear it. If our neighbors 2 FLOORS DOWN

Good, very good I have lived in Bartlett Lake Apartments for over 14 years. I have not heard the people next door. The management has always reponded to any needs or complaints. It is kept clean. And is peaceful. And the prices are very very good.

New owners and management As of February 1st,2006 Bartlett Lake apartments is now under new ownership and management. The new management is commited to making it a good and safe place to live. They have already started remodeling a lot of the common areas and are looking for good quality

NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH TO RENT. YOU CAN HEAR A EVERYTHING IN THE APARTMENT NEXTDOOR. THEY WILL RENT TO ANYONE, AND THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE ARE DIRTY, NOSEY AND CARELESS! THE HEAT IS A HUGE PROBLEM. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE.

I loved living at Bartlett Lake Apartments I thought Bartlett Lake apartments was a wonderful place to live with my family. I was a single Mother and I just loved the family atmosphere. There is a swimming pool for my kids to play in. There are nice grounds where the kids and I could picnic.

AWFULL PLACE TO LIVE ! THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH TO RENT. IT´s TOTALLY A RIP OFF, YOU CAN HEAR A PINDROP IN THE APARTMENT NEXTDOOR, AND THE PEOPLE IS NOISY AND CARELESS ! I WOULD NEVER BE THERE AGAIN , THE HEAT IS A PROBLEM .

Not a fit place to live. I think the place was built in 1976 and it still has the same electrical outlets. The outlets in the bathroom and kitchen are not up to code. They are not the ground fault disrupter outlets that are required by state law in any room that has a source of water within 6 feet

The last result !!! While living there...in fall of 2001 my friend's 12 year old son got abducted in one of the apartments there...luckily he was able to escape...look it up in the newspaper at around that date you will know what I mean.
